19 Oct Frog Spot season isn't over yet!
The Frog Spot is going into hibernation soon so catch the last few weeks until we come back in May 2017! This Saturday take in fantastic performances by The Boat Missers, Waterparx, Mariachi La Victoria, and LP3 & The Tragedy. Don’t forget to grab some delicious pizza from Crispy Crust starting at 5 PM! Sunday come and become part of the River by participating in the LA River Nature walk.

9:00 AM | Yoga for the Outdoor Enthusiast with REI
FoLAR’s friends at REI Co-op are bringing yoga to the Frog Spot with a low-cost, $5, class for the community! Practicing yoga is an excellent way to develop strength, balance, and flexibility. Join REI’s professional yoga instructor Joyce Khremian for an in-store class tailored to help enhance your pursuit of season-specific outdoor activities. Register in advance to participate.
One lucky participant will win a Flash 18 backpack from REI!
