9:00 AM | Bike Maintenance Basics with REI
Join REI from 9AM to 11AM at the Frog Spot. In this informative session you will learn how to lube a chain, fix a flat tire in record time, and make other minor adjustments to your bicycle that will keep you riding smoothly and prolong your bike’s life. 10:00 AM | Los Angeles River Nature Walk
Join Frog Spot’s Naturalists on our daily guided tour along the Los Angeles River Bike Path launching from the Frog Spot. This is your chance to start exploring the hidden ecosystem that runs through the heart of Los Angeles, and ties us all together.
5:00 PM | Down West
Down West plays kind of indie music that could only be grown in Southern California — pop, punk and country-flavored songs, stripped down to their essence, laced with the occasional Latin flavor.

6:00 PM | L.A. River
Evoking an era when troubadours roamed the streets of Hollywood while legendary careers were being crafted in Laurel Canyon, L.A. River aims straight for the heart with their thought-provoking lyrics, tight musical jams, and ethereal harmonies.
7:00 PM | The Fergus Show
The Fergus Show is a lovely band for you and all the world to love, love, love and lead by Noel Rhodes of FLOD Art Collective that created Stella the Steelhead!
8:15 AM | Sunday Morning Mindfulness Meditation
Join UCLA Certified Mindfulness Facilitator and Creativity Coach Jennifer Howd for Sunday morning mindfulness meditation. Each session will include guided meditation, silent practice time, and the opportunity for community sharing. Chairs will be provided. Please feel free to bring your own meditation cushion. There is a $5 donation at the time of class.
9:00 AM | Yoga with Evolve Sacred Healing at the Frog Spot
Join Evolve Sacred Healing at The Frog Spot for Vinyasa Yoga by the LA River. Yoga instructor Avalon Solange will teach a powerfully healing one-hour yoga session. Bring your own yoga mat. The Frog Spot offers free spa water and premium beverages and snacks for purchase. $5.00 Donation at time of class.
