Everybody Get in Here
EVERYBODY GET IN HERE is the live improv comedy sensation sweeping Los Angeles. This one-of-a-kind comedy rock band takes your stories and creates songs live – every song in every set is invented right there, on the spot, based on your life.
You bring the story, Everybody Get in Here bring the laughs.
Maramba!
Joey Maramba is a bass player, songwriter from Los Angeles most known for his work with John Cale of the Velvet Underground and Rickie Lee Jones and has appeared on Letterman, Jay Leno, Conan O’Brien, and Fallon. He has opened for Mike Watt and Nels Cline with an instrumental avant garde group called Ninja Academy. Currently he plays locally with The Evangenitals and Balloon Bass magic band called Unpopable. In his solo work called Maramba, Joey takes a more intimate approach and presents a bass ambient soundscape. Looping his bass and yielding a bow, he creates a hypnotic feel for his haunting vocals.
The Evangenitals
The Evangenitals, founded by playwright/director Juli Crockett and opera, jazz & gospel singer Lisa Dee are an alt-country/Americana love revolution made flesh for your listening pleasure. On a quixotic crusade in the key of life hell-bent on breaking hearts open, they are a genre-bending, ever-creating force of nature.

Special Guest
Stella the Steelhead
FoLAR’s 2014 Los Angeles River cleanup inspired The FLOD Art Collective, a group of artists, poets, musicians, bike freaks, and river philosophers, to construct Stella, a large steelhead trout. It’s made from bamboo, palm, salvaged lumber, an extension ladder, baby jogger wheels, paper mache’, rags, paint, tomato cages, and washed out discards from the LA River.
Stella the Steelhead has Migrated to the Frog Spot for the summer – come and visit.
