Missing Shades of Blue
The Missing Shades of Blue venture into the sultry periphery of jazz and blues. Come listen to some standards and contemporary pieces as the Shades re-explore each song and breathe new life into the music.
“We have a profound love of jazz and blues. So much so, that we take a song, any song, and put it through our Blue filter. Changing it, caressing it, re-exploring each note and letting it breathe new and fresh each time. Come listen and let yourself experience a new take, a different spin, and we’ll see you on the other side.”

Rivoah
Native to the Los Angeles area, RIVOAH has been recording and performing together since early 2012. Originally a family band consisting of sister-singers Analisa and Miranda Ynez, along with their brother, songwriter Scruphington- they recruited Drummer/Producer Peter Novoa to form the original nucleus of the band. Through mutual friends, they added Bassist Matty G to complete their current lineup. Known for energetic and infectious live performances, RIVOAH features two different styles of music: guitar driven, high-energy indie rock’n’roll paired with keyboard-fronted, melodic indie-dance-pop. Drawing influences from artists such as T.Rex, Chuck Berry, Madonna, James Brown, Moving Units, and Dangermouse among countless others, the band has been slowly building a following playing the local downtown LA bar scene. The band recently released the self-produced single, “Hot Time To Dance” accompanied by a music video. RIVOAH is hard at work, writing songs and rehearsing, with an ear to the ground and their eyes on tomorrow. They plan to release their new single, “Undress” in early 2015.
