The Alliance for River Communities (ARC) will meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month throughout 2020 at the LA State Historic Park (free parking available). ARC meetings include representatives from neighborhood councils from Atwater Village, Glassell Park, Cypress Park, Elysian Valley, and others. Open to the public, these meetings include public information on projects and issues that impact one or more River-adjacent neighborhoods.
