Description:The Tujunga Wash is the most voluminous and longest San Fernando Valley tributary of the LA River. The CleanUp site features a wide unchannelized rocky wash. It’s a beautiful area with plenty of native alluvial scrub plants, including Our Lord’s candle.

DIRECTIONS:

Bike: No bike path along the Tujunga Wash in this area.

Transit: Take Metro lines 90/91 exit at Wentworth.

Driving: Take the 210 Freeway, exit at Sunland Blvd. in Sunland. Go north on Fenwick Street (Note: Fenwick is straight ahead from the westbound 210 off-ramp. From the eastbound 210 off-ramp, turn left on Foothill, then left on Fenwick). Turn left on Foothill Blvd.

Parking: Parking available at the Angeles National Golf Course.
